Building a Strengths-based Team

Maxady’s strengths-based team programs help leaders, managers, and individual contributors to gain a deeper understanding of their innate talents and strengths. By doing so, they reduce burnout, increase retention and learn to leverage these strengths to propel their progress towards their goals.

When building a strengths-based team, we work in an ongoing capacity offering group training and 1:1 coaching sessions to help staff understand and apply their unique set of talents to the work they do as individuals and as a team. We drill down into everyone’s top five Cliftonstrengths, and help staff recognize how to maximize their combination of strength in pursuit of team and individual goals.
